Practical help with everyday admin: organising documents and emails, formatting business materials, tracking ongoing files, sending reminders and maintaining tracking spreadsheets.

One-off Support

€50 excl. VAT / hour

For occasional administrative tasks, subject to my availability and the scope agreed in the quote.

Essential Support

€490 excl. VAT / month

10 hours of administrative support per month for the tasks agreed in the quote.

Premium Support

€890 excl. VAT / month

20 hours of administrative support per month for the tasks agreed in the quote.

Good to know

Each assignment is covered by a quote specifying the services included, deliverables, timescales and, where applicable, the number of revision rounds included. For one-off services, a 50% deposit is required when the order is placed, unless otherwise stated in the quote. Monthly services are invoiced according to the payment schedule specified in the quote. Work begins once the quote has been accepted, the initial payment due has been received, and the necessary materials, information and access permissions have been provided. VAT: ALLYVIA currently benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme (franchise en base de TVA). No VAT is added to the prices displayed.
