Purpose

The site offers downloadable digital templates and documents, as well as support services and consultation calls. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made by card through Stripe, or by bank transfer. For bank transfers the order is only validated once the funds have actually been received.

Delivery of digital products

Once payment is validated, purchased files are available in your customer account under “Downloads”. Nothing is shipped physically.

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of that right. By confirming your order you request immediate access to the files and waive that right.

Telephone appointments

A call booking is registered and then confirmed by email. If you cannot attend, please give at least twenty-four hours’ notice so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Intellectual property

Templates are licensed for the buyer’s own professional use. Reselling, sharing and redistributing them, whether free of charge or not, is prohibited.

Complaints and disputes
