- Call booking: names, email, phone, message, chosen slot and language — to arrange and confirm the appointment.
- Customer account and orders: names, email, phone, address, invoicing details and purchase history — to fulfil the sale, give access to downloads and meet our accounting obligations.
- Analytics: aggregated browsing data, only if you have consented.
Legal bases
Processing relies on performance of the contract (orders and downloads), on your consent (analytics, getting in touch), and on our legal obligations (retention of accounting records).
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, acting as a processor. No card details are entered or stored on this site.
Retention periods
- Contact messages and bookings: three years from the last exchange.
- Customer accounts and invoices: ten years, as required by accounting rules.
- Analytics data: thirteen months at most.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the providers needed to run the service: hosting provider, payment provider and email service.
